The function in brief

As Wuunder's Inside Sales, you make contact with new customers. You approach them proactively and ensure that potential customers come into contact with our account managers. You are the antenna in the market and you think along in expanding and generating new business. It is also a challenge for you to achieve your personal sales targets and to work closely with the other account managers.

You have … 

  • a passion for telephone contact with potential customers.
  • 0 – 8 years of experience in a similar sales position.
  • interest in innovative logistics solutions.
  • good communication and negotiation skills.
  • knowledge of the Dutch market.
  • at least an MBO diploma.

It is an advantage if you have knowledge of transport and logistics and the various products/services.

What does your day look like?

You start your day by preparing lead lists (checking, checking, looking up any additional data). The rest of the morning you are working on achieving your self-made target(s) for the day. By 'wuding' potential customers with our fantastic transport management service. After your well-deserved break, get started updating your admin: your email, Slack, Freshsales, ect. There is then time to follow up on any callback agreements. At the end of the day there is an evaluation with your colleagues and you round off your admin.

A challenging position with a lot of responsibility in a fast-growing, ambitious and dynamic company. The work location can be arranged flexibly. This can be done at home or at the office, in Weert. Under normal circumstances you see your colleagues at least once a month in Weert (or possibly at another location). We also offer travel reimbursement and an iPhone and MacBook to work with. Our contract has been drawn up on market terms, including a pension scheme.
