What are the maximum dimensions and weights I can send?
Wuunder applies the rule of thumb that you can send any package of any size with us, as long as it fits in an airplane. All carriers we work with have specific limits on the size and weight of shipments they carry.
Maximum dimensions.
The maximum dimensions for sending a large package or pallet are 240cm x 200cm x 100cm. When this is exceeded, the carrier often charges a surcharge. This may also apply if the shape, nature or packaging of the package differs to such an extent that it cannot be automatically sorted. If this is the case, we will pass on this surcharge to our customer.
Maximum weights
The maximum weight for packages is 50 kg and for pallets the maximum is 1.000 kg. Above a weight of 50 kg, we recommend using a pallet, so that the shipment can be transported more easily. If the carrier itself has to put the shipment on a pallet, this may result in additional costs or the shipment may even be refused.
