As a Senior Marketing & Communications Specialist you play a crucial role in creating a strong brand positioning and experience for Wuunder.

As a Senior Marketing & Communications Specialist: 

• Are you co-responsible for defining, strengthening and consistently applying our brand identity and experience in marketing and communications;
• Work closely with internal departments and act as a strategic discussion partner to develop effective marketing strategies;
• With the help of a dashboard, you can monitor all KPIs so that you can identify, advise and adjust in a timely manner; 
• You can apply all off- and online marketing communication tools in the right balance in practice. You manage projects from A to Z. Where necessary, you develop them yourself
• Optimize the findability of our website and focus on SEO, SEA and Google Analytics.
• You work closely with PR agencies in the Netherlands.
• You regularly write online and offline copy. 

Who we are looking for:

• You have demonstrable experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a senior role.
• You have excellent written and creative skills in both Dutch and English.
• You have a proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
• You are stubborn and a self-starter. You can independently lead projects and carry them out yourself where necessary.
• You are part of a young and dynamic team that is still developing. That is why it is essential that you are hands-on, where you can switch effortlessly between strategic thinking and practical implementation.
• You are able to communicate and collaborate effectively with different departments within the company.

Wuunder has 2 offices in Weert and Amsterdam. Yet we call it more of a training location, meeting place or inspiration location. Almost everyone works from home or another location and only comes to Weert one or a few days a month. Good for work-life balance. In this way we limit commuting and we also contribute to CO2 reduction.
