Arranged quickly, delivered quickly
A positive shipping experience stimulates brand loyalty and trust in your business. Conquer your customers with DPD's flexible shipping options and avoid having to wait long to receive their shipment. DPD always delivers from Monday to Friday and even delivers shipments to private individuals in the Benelux and Germany on Saturdays. If the first delivery attempt to a business address fails, DPD will try a second time for free. Via track-and-trace you can follow the entire 'journey' of your shipment in detail from your own transport overview and you can see when your shipment has actually reached its final destination.
Do not worry about non-standard sizes
In addition to the standard dimensions and weights that DPD uses in its product portfolio, they offer the additional option of sending non-standard shipments. Within the DPD Classic & Home service it is possible to send packages that are longer than 175 cm, have a belt size larger than 300 cm or are heavier than 31,5 kg. DPD Express provides the same service for parcels longer than 150 cm.

Pick up by DPD is possible in different countries
Wuunder has contracts and links with the following DPD countries. In these countries we can book and collect shipments for you fully automatically. In all other countries, shipments can be handed in via DPD on a DPD Parcel Shop or collected via a Collection request at a business or private address. With a Collection request, the driver prints the shipping label for the customer and takes it with him when he picks up. Note: services may differ in countries outside the Netherlands.
Pick up without any hassle
- Take advantage of DPD's free pick-up service on weekdays. Send more than 300 shipments per month. Then DPD will pick up at an agreed time.
- Of course you can also choose to send your shipments to a DPD Parcelshop yourself near you.
- Do you have a last minute shipment? No problem. Then arrange an extra late pick-up via courier in 'no time' and avoid delays and disappointed customers.
Wuunder can arrange the (daily) pick-up for you in various ways.
Expand your customer's options with DPD collection points
Create an accessible way for receiving packages and send your shipments directly to a desired DPD collection point within and outside the Netherlands. Simply activate the parcel shop locator in your webshop and let your customers select the pick-up point of their choice. Give your customers maximum freedom of choice with DPD Predict
Included in the DPD Home shipping option there is a DPD Predict service, which tells the recipient on the morning of the delivery day when the shipment will be delivered within a period of 1 hours. If the delivery day or time does not fit the recipients' plans, they can easily change the date by providing a specific day or the address of their favourite neighbor. In addition, it is also possible to have the shipment delivered with a deposit permission or at a parcel shop of your choice.

Take matters into your own hands and increase control of your delivery process. Within the services of DPD, your shipments throughout Europe are insured as standard up to a value of € 520. DPD ensures climate-neutral parcel delivery with its innovative transport organization. Therefore, they compensate for the inevitable emissions by investing in renewable energy and clean energy generation projects.
Rely on a successful delivery
Always include the company name, contact person, telephone number and
e-mail address and limit the number of returns, if the driver, for whatever reason, is unable to deliver your shipment to its final destination. Very handy, because you remain responsible for the product until your customer has actually received the package.
