🤔 And what does your role look like at Wuunder?

You will work in a small team where collaboration is central and where you will have a lot of contact with your colleagues from other departments, such as Marketing and Customer Service.

As an Account Manager Indoor Service you are responsible for managing and expanding the customer portfolio. You keep relationships with customers warm and look at new opportunities to upsell customers: everything from the idea of ​​supporting the customer as optimally as possible in their shipping process.

You are also the point of contact for all questions the customer has about contracts, expanding their services, etc. In case of issues, you ensure that you monitor the operational follow-up and update the customer about this. Because a satisfied customer is a satisfied you!

You are the pivot between Sales and Customer Service. You have a weekly meeting with Customer Service to discuss current affairs. Among other things, you talk about which customers take up a lot of Customer Service time. You devise a plan to reduce this.

Between all activities, you always ensure that you accurately administer the necessary matters in our CRM system. In addition, you make time to continuously learn about sales, logistics and our product.


👀 Of course we also have a few 'requirements'. No worries! They are not very difficult.

  • At least an MBO diploma;
  • 0 – 8 years of experience in a similar sales position;
  • You are communicative in Dutch and English. In writing and spoken;
  • You see opportunities like no other and are extremely service-oriented;
  • Interest in e-commerce, transportation and SaaS;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • No one has to crank you up. You know exactly how you direct yourself;
  • Don't think in terms of problems, but in solutions;
  • You work structured;
  • Knowledge of the Dutch e-commerce market;
  • Knowledge of transport and the various players in the market is an advantage.

Working from home
Wuunder has its office in Weert. Yet we call it more of a training location, meeting place or inspiration location. Almost everyone works from home or another location and only comes to Weert one or a few days a month. Good for the balance between work and private life and in this way we also contribute to the CO2 reduction by limiting commuter traffic! But working from home doesn't mean you're out of touch with your team. Our entire team is online on Slack where there is continuous communication with each other and there are several online meetings per week.

Stubborn and self-starter
You will have the opportunity to work independently on the growth of Wuunder. In your own field, but always in a team. You work together with small, changing teams. We are looking for critical team members who are internally motivated to amaze our customers on a daily basis. We make agreements within the teams. As a remote company and the enormous growth, it is important that you are a self-starter.

International team
Wuunder was founded in the Netherlands in 2016 and is now also active in Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany. Not only do we work internationally, but our team is also international!
