And what does your role look like at Wuunder?
You will work in a small team where collaboration is central and where you will have a lot of contact with your colleagues from other departments, such as Marketing and Customer Service.

As a Account Manager Internal Service you are responsible for managing and expanding the customer portfolio. You maintain warm relationships with customers and look at new opportunities to upsell to customers: everything from the idea of ​​supporting the customer as optimally as possible in their shipping process.
You submit quotations and follow them up. You are also the point of contact for all questions the customer has about contracts, expanding their services, etc. In the event of issues, you ensure that you monitor operational follow-up and update the customer about this. Because a satisfied customer is a satisfied you!

Between all activities, you always ensure that you accurately administer the necessary matters in our CRM system. In addition, you make time to continuously learn about sales, logistics and our product.

Who we are looking for:

  • MBO/HBO diploma;
  • At least 2 years of commercial experience
  • You have good communication skills in Dutch and English. In writing and speech;
  • You see opportunities like no other and are extremely service-oriented;
  • Interest in e-commerce, transportation and SaaS;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • No one has to crank you up. You know exactly how you direct yourself;
  • Don't think in terms of problems, but in solutions;
  • You work structured;
  • Knowledge of the Dutch e-commerce market is an advantage;
  • Knowledge of transport and the various players in the market is an advantage.
