🤔 And what does your role look like at Wuunder?

As a Partner Manager at Wuunder you have a versatile position where you are responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our partners (transporters and fulfillment partners).

You maintain relationships with our various partners and look for opportunities to approach customers together with partners for new business or the expansion of the current business. You negotiate rates with both new and existing carriers and fulfillment parties and record them in contracts and rate sheets. You understand exactly how the rates work and you know how to easily explain them to colleagues.

You monitor developments at carriers, such as new services or IT changes. You are also always the first to know if there are strikes or other disruptions and you make sure that your colleagues are aware of this.

You are also responsible for drawing up correct rate overviews and you support the control of invoices. When structural errors are found in the invoices, you address this with the right contact person.

When a new partner is connected, you are responsible for the implementation within Wuunder. Of course you also inform your colleagues about the new partner. Finally, the analysis of volume flows and the design of any alternative supply flows are part of your tasks.

 

👀 Of course we also have a few 'requirements'. No worries! They are not very difficult.

• 5 – 10 years of experience in a similar role;
• Minimum HBO work and thinking level;
• You are available full time;
• You have experience with purchasing and relationship management;
• You have affinity with IT;
• You are communicative in Dutch, English and German. In writing and spoken;
• You are solution-oriented and think out of the box;
• Switching quickly and being flexible in your planning is no problem for you;
• You can deal well with different types of interlocutors;
• Interest in and knowledge of e-commerce, transport and SaaS;
• No one has to crank you up. You know exactly how you direct yourself;

🤩 Some extra information about Wuunder

Working from home
Wuunder has its office in Weert. Yet we call it more of a training location, meeting place and inspiration location. Almost everyone works from home or another location and only comes to Weert one or a few days a month. Good for the balance between work and private life and in this way we also contribute to the CO2 reduction by limiting commuter traffic! But working from home doesn't mean you don't have contact with your colleagues. All our colleagues are online on Slack where they communicate with each other continuously. In addition, each team has several online meetings per week.

Stubborn and self-starter
You will have the opportunity to work independently on the growth of Wuunder. In your own field, but always in a team. You often work together in small, changing teams. We are looking for critical team members who are internally motivated to help our customers on a daily basis bewildered. We make agreements within the teams. As a remote company and due to the enormous growth, it is important that you are a self-starter.

International team
Wuunder was founded in the Netherlands in 2016 and is now also active in Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany. Not only do we work internationally, but our team is also international!
