How annoying that your order is missing or damaged during transport. We would like to jointly submit a claim for this to the carrier to have the damage or loss incurred compensated. Some data is needed for that. Read below what you need to submit a claim. 

Claims for orders that are longer than 7 days missing or delivered damaged, will no longer be handled by the carriers. 

My order has been damaged

Below you will find a summary of the information that the carrier needs to process a claim. Please have this information ready before filling out the form.

  • Shipment number
  • Six photos of the damage:
    1. Outside of the package
    2. The opened package with all inner packing
         visible
    3. All inner packing
    4. Photo of the damaged item
    5. Detail photo of the damage
    6. Photo of the shipping label
