If you want to send more volume during the peak period, it is important to arrange this quickly. Plan the (extra) pick-up trip by the carrier in time. So pass this on to our as soon as possible customer service. They will arrange this for you.
Also let your customers know that they place orders on time, so that they are assured arrive on time.

Don't get packed
Do you panic slightly after seeing the schedule? Not necessary at all! Our advice is to use same day, next day or slower services. This way you can guarantee your different types of wishes as best as possible. If you really want to deliver a shipment on a public holiday, you can always choose a courier. Arranged in no time, delivered in no time!
Tips & tricks
Sending your packages and pallets on time is extra important at this time. You don't want your customers to have to deal with delays during the holidays. To achieve this, we have a number of tips for you.

Communicate on time and clearly to your customers when they can or cannot expect their shipment. This way they will not be faced with unpleasant surprises and incorrect expectations will not be created.

Are you leaving yourself? Or do you want your regular pick-up at a different time? Please take a moment contact with us so that we can arrange this with the carriers.
Tip 3 💡
Are you closed on days when the carriers do work? And do you have regular pick-up moments planned? Let us know in advance. Then we can cancel it and it is not without reason that a carrier is at the door.
