If you want to send more volume during the peak period, it is important to arrange this quickly. Plan the (extra) pick-up trip by the carrier in time. So pass this on to our as soon as possible customer service. They will arrange this for you.
Also let your customers know that they place orders on time, so that they are assured arrive on time.

Amendments:
Easter
There will be no collection and distribution on Easter and Easter Monday, Sunday March 31 and Monday April 1. If you still want transport on Easter Monday, you can request this. Without a specific request, no collection is scheduled as standard.
King's day
King's Day, Saturday, April 27, is a public holiday in the Netherlands. Consequently, no packages will be delivered in the Netherlands that day. In Belgium, parcels are collected and distributed as usual that day.
Ascension
Ascension Day, Thursday May 9, is a public holiday and that is why we are closed. In both Belgium and the Netherlands, we do not deliver on that day, we do not collect packages and you cannot deliver packages to a sorting center.
Pentecost Monday
There will be no collection or delivery on Pentecost Monday, Monday 20 May. If you would like transport on this day, you can request this until Monday, April 15 at the latest. Without a specific request, no collection is scheduled as standard.
Christmas
December 24 & 25: PostNL is closed. You therefore cannot deliver packages on this day. PostNL also does not deliver on this day.
December 26: PostNL is open from 16.00 p.m. NB! We cancel all pick-up and delivery rides on this day, because many companies are closed. Are you open and do you want to deliver packages? Request this.
New Year's Eve & New Year's Eve
December 31: PostNL is closed. You therefore cannot deliver packages on this day. PostNL also does not deliver on this day.
January 1: PostNL is open from 16.00 p.m. NB! We cancel all pick-up and delivery rides on this day, because many companies are closed. Are you open and do you want to deliver packages? Request this.

Don't get packed
Do you panic slightly after seeing the schedule? Not necessary at all! Our advice is to use same day, next day or slower services. This way you can guarantee your different types of wishes as best as possible. If you really want to deliver a shipment on a public holiday, you can always choose a courier. Arranged in no time, delivered in no time!
Tips & tricks
Sending your packages and pallets on time is extra important at this time. You don't want your customers to have to deal with delays during the holidays. To achieve this, we have a number of tips for you.
Tip 1 💡
Communicate on time and clearly to your customers when they can or cannot expect their shipment. This way they will not be faced with unpleasant surprises and incorrect expectations will not be created.
Tip 2 💡
Are you leaving yourself? Or do you want your regular pick-up at a different time? Please take a moment contact with us so that we can arrange this with the carriers.
Tip 3 💡
Are you closed on days when the carriers do work? And do you have regular pick-up moments planned? Let us know in advance. Then we can cancel it and it is not without reason that a carrier is at the door.
