The question “When will I receive my package?” is often the most important after an order is placed. As soon as the shipper books your shipment and prints the shipping label, you will immediately receive an e-mail. This contains a track-and-trace link, so you can track your package all the way to your front door.

We make sure your shipment is actually picked up

Once your order is ready, we monitor whether the driver picks up the shipment from the shipper. If this does not happen, we make sure the carrier still comes. As soon as the shipment is picked up, we immediately adjust the track-and-trace status to “in transit. This way you always stay informed and you never have to chase the status of your order yourself.

we inform you in case of delays

Delays are sometimes unavoidable, but we try to lessen the impact for you. It’s annoying enough that your order is delayed without you having to go after the carrier or shipper yourself. As soon as we notice a delay, the carrier is given one extra business day to resolve it. If that doesn’t happen, we contact the carrier immediately for an update. So you don’t have to do anything.

Delivery problems we solve in 'no time' for you

If the carrier reports that delivery has failed, we immediately investigate. Often this is due to an incorrect address. In that case, we contact you immediately to find out the correct address and send this information to the carrier. This allows the driver to make another attempt to deliver your shipment, without you having to call or email to find out the status of your shipment.

If delivery has failed for other reasons, such as a shipment being returned immediately, taken to a Parcelshop with no delivery attempt, or you don’t know where the package is due to poor communication, we will contact the carrier immediately to resolve it. If the carrier indicates that you refused the shipment, we will check with you immediately. If there is a misunderstanding, we will immediately work to resolve the problem.

The last thing you want is for your shipment to go back due to poor communication. To prevent this, we keep you closely informed. If your shipment was delivered to a parcel shop or pickup point, you’ll receive a reminder after three business days. Can’t pick it up within seven days? Then we will ask the carrier to keep the shipment longer, although this depends on their flexibility.

Your order not quite what you expected after all? Ai, what a pity! But of course that can happen. We try to make the return process as easy as possible for you. All you have to do is register your return with the sender. The carrier will then book your return, send you the shipping labels by email or post and register your return.  through a Parcelshop or arrange for pickup at your own location. It is also possible that the shipper has already put the label directly into the package. Once you receive the label, carefully tape it to the box.
