Quickly arranged, quickly delivered
A positive shipping experience drives brand loyalty and confidence in your business. Conquer your customers with DPD’s flexible shipping options and avoid long waits for them to receive their shipments. DPD invariably delivers Monday through Friday and delivers shipments to individuals in the Benelux and Germany even on Saturday. If the first delivery attempt to a business address fails, DPD will try again free of charge. Via track-and-trace, you can follow the entire “journey” of your shipment in detail from your own transport overview and see when your shipment has actually reached its final destination.
For non-standard sizes, you don't have to put up with it
Beyond the standard dimensions and weights DPD uses in its product portfolio, they offer as an additional option the sending of “heavier artillery. Within the DPD Classis & Home service it is possible to send packages that are longer than 175 cm, have a belt circumference larger than 300 cm or are heavier than 31.5 kg. DPD Express provides the same service only for parcels longer than 150 cm.

Having shipments picked up with DPD is possible in several countries
Wuunder has contracts and links with the DPD countries listed below. In these countries, we can book shipments for you fully automatically and have them picked up. In all other countries, shipments can be delivered via DPD to a DPD Parcelshop or collected via a Collection request at a business or private address. With a Collection request, the driver prints the shipping label for the customer and takes it with him when picking it up. Please note that services may differ in countries outside the Netherlands.
Pick up without hassle
- Take advantage of DPD’s free weekday pickup service. Send more than 300 shipments per month. Then DPD comes to pick up at an agreed time.
- Of course, you can also choose to deliver your shipments yourself to a DPD Parcelshop near you.
- Have a last-minute shipment? No problem. Then arrange an extra late pickup via courier in ‘no time’ and avoid delays and disappointed customers.

Increase your customer's choices with DPD pickup points
Create an accessible way to receive parcels and send your shipments directly to a desired DPD pickup point inside and outside the Netherlands. Give your customers maximum choice with DPD Predict
Within DPD Home’s shipping option is a DPD Predict service, which tells the recipient on the morning of the delivery day when the shipment will be delivered with a 1-hour window. If the delivery day or time is not convenient, the recipient can very easily change it by specifying a specific day or the address of her favorite neighbor. In addition, it is also possible to have the shipment delivered with a drop permission or at a parcel shop of your choice.

Building confidently on a successful delivery
Always include the company name, contact person, phone number and
e-mail address on the shipment and limit the number of returns if the driver was unable to deliver your shipment to the final destination for any reason. That’s good because you remain responsible for the product until your customer actually receives the package.
