Should the first delivery attempt to both a residential and business address fail, Asendia will try a second time for free. In case of two failed delivery attempts, the shipment is delivered to a Parcelshop. With the Premium Goods and Fully Tracked Goods Box services, it is possible to track the entire “journey” of your shipment in detail from your own transport overview and see when your shipment has actually reached its final destination.

- Asendia will make a collection from your door per mailbag or europallet. Please note that mailbags may weigh a maximum of 100 kg and pallets 500 kg.

Building confidently on a successful delivery
Always include the company name, contact person, phone number and
e-mail address on the shipment and limit the number of returns if the driver was unable to deliver your shipment to the final destination for any reason. That’s good because you remain responsible for the product until your customer actually receives the package.
